With the end of the financial year approaching, here’s a summary of how the My Resolution Life portal can assist with your clients' needs:

Download the Certificate of Currency
Note: The Certificate of Currency can only be downloaded once within a 24-hour period. 
 

Request for a Centrelink Schedule
Note: The Centrelink Schedule takes approximately 3-5 business days to appear in portal and can only be requested once within a 24-hour period for your customer.
 

Income Protection (IP) statements will be available by the end of August 2024.

 

The end of financial year hub has been updated to provide your clients with helpful how-to guides to access the above documents and information on how to make their 2023-24 EOFY contributions.

EOFY

You can access the following End of Financial Year (EOFY) documents in My Resolution Life portal and instructions for each are documented below:

Income Protection (IP) Tax statements

IP tax statements are automatically generated by mid-July for open policies only.

To access these statements:

1.    Log in to My Resolution Life portal.
2.    Statements and correspondence  View Client statements and correspondence

 

3.    Enter the client’s policy number or contract number

 

4.    Once you select Search, the relevant statements will be available for downloading.

If the policy is closed and you require access to the documents, please Contact us.

Certificate of Currency

1.    Log in to My Resolution Life portal.
2.    Search for the client’s name or policy number
3.    Click on the returned results to go to the client’s dashboard.

On the client’s dashboard, 
4.    Documents and FormsCertificate of currency

 

5.    Download certificate.  

 

Note that you can only download one certificate every 24 hours.
 

Centrelink schedule

1.    Log in to My Resolution Life portal.
2.    Search for client’s name or policy number
3.    Click on the returned results to go to the client’s dashboard. 

On the client’s dashboard, 
4.    Documents and Forms Centrelink schedule  

 

5.    Select the check box and Submit

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed
